How do I get started?+
Download the app and sign in with Apple ID or Google. In the Discover tab, pick a character to start your first conversation. First conversations are free and unlimited.
Voice call has no audio or high latency+
Check Settings → Banban → Microphone permission is enabled. If issues persist, email support with your device model and iOS version.
Does the subscription auto-renew? How do I cancel?+
Yes, it auto-renews. Cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Banban. You keep access through the current period after cancelling.
Refund policy?+
Subscriptions follow Apple App Store refund policy. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process Apple transactions directly.
Forgot password / login issues+
Banban doesn't use passwords — only Apple/Google sign-in. If you lost access when switching devices, email support@banban.chat with the Apple ID or Google account you registered with.
Can I delete my chat history?+
Yes. In Profile → Account → Delete chat history. For full account deletion (all data), email support@banban.chat — we process within 7 business days.
Will the characters remember what I said?+
Yes. Banban has persistent memory for conversations, preferences, and relationship stages. To make a character "forget," say so in-conversation or clear history.
Which languages are supported?+
Traditional Chinese (Taiwan/Hong Kong), Japanese, Korean, English. Follows your system language automatically.
Can children use the app?+
Banban is for ages 17+. Content includes light romantic themes and isn't suitable for children or teens.
